Please Pardon our dust while we build our new Steakhouse and Lounge!

We have been working for almost a year planning and preparing for our new steakhouse and Junction Lounge. In order to create this new restaurant, we needed to close our Whistlestop Deli and build a new warehouse in the back corner of our property. Now that the preparations are complete, we have started construction!
We will update this blog periodically to inform you about the progress of this exciting addition to the Tamarack Junction.
The restaurant will have seating for approximately 100, including a 24 person private dining room.
The restaurant will include a small Bar and Lounge and will be connected to a redesigned Junction Lounge with waterwalls and a fireplace.
We plan to open our new restaurant during the first quarter of 2012. We will be hiring several new Team Members for our steakhouse, so if you or someone you know would like to join our team, please keep an eye out for positions on our Employment Page.
