At the heart of Tamarack Junction is The Dining Car, a classic diner whose engine runs 24 hours. You’ll find everything from omelets and pancakes to chicken fried steak and eggs, tender steaks to sautéed salmon, meat loaf to pork chops that you can climb aboard any time, day or night. Also from 11:00am until 10:00pm there is an all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar for your enjoyment.
